PASTOR MARCUS DE LA CRUZ

Pastor Marcus founded The River Church in 2008.  He preaches God's Word with boldness, joy and power.  He came to know Jesus at the age of 21 and was radically filled with the Holy Spirit at youth camp.  He is an avid witness to others that true life begins when one comes to know Jesus and is filled with the Holy Ghost.  He believes we are called to facilitate the Porterville Outpouring and that we will be an integral part of this last day revival.  ​ 

PASTOR MELINA DE LA CRUZ

Pastor Melina has been married to Marcus for almost thirty years and they have three children.  She has her degree in education.  Melina taught school and held a position as director before joining Pastor Marcus in full-time ministry in 2023. She oversees the ministry of helps and teaches regularly.
